Anyone in Clackamas=emergency, please help!

Ladies, are any of you in the Clackamas area?  A member of my grief and loss group who is in that area posted a very disturbing photo and we think she may be attempting to commit suicide.  The police are looking for her but, we need more help.  We've got a ping location for her cell phone.  Please if anyone can help, email me at hnybee396@aol.com
