  Hanna Andersson? I think I saw a bunch of plain solid-colored shirts in the last catalogue.

  You could also try American Apparel. Children's Place sometimes has things like that in the boys' section.

  I have had luck at Walmart or Target in the boy's section.  For some reason they always put some heart, flower, or glittery character on the girl shirts.

  I'm fairly certain I saw some plain green shirts in the boy's section at Gap last week. You definitely might have to go the boy's route for this one.

  who knew finding a girls green plain shirt would be difficult around Christmas time. Boy section target has some.

  You could also try Michaels or AC Moore or another craft store.  I got DD a green shirt for a school project there last year.
