We are going to El Salvador for Christmas with our DD who will be 6 months. I was wondering if any of you have brought the carseat base? Or are you only allowed to check the carseat alone? I feel much more comfortable with the base because it feels safer to me, but I suppose I can practice without it before our trip if I need to. TIA!
Re: Can you bring the car seat base when you travel?
Have you checked your airport's website for rules and regulations on what you can bring/check in? I would think you could..
BTW I love your daughter's dress! My DD has almost the same one except the flower on her waist is red.
We brought our on our last trip. We simply snapped the seat into the base at the gate check. We put the base in the storage area of our stroller til we got to the gate and then checked them all as we boarded. GL!
