Trying to Get Pregnant

Appointment made

Well, I just made an appointment since it's CD 62 and no sign of AF. This is my second 60+ day cycle since stopping BCP. They couldn't get me in until December 22nd, which I guess isn't too bad considering I'm a new patient. My question is, should I keep the appointment if AF shows up before then? I'm thinking yes, since we are actively TTC and long, irregular cycles are common for me. At least I could be seen and possibly avoid having to go back in later if I have another long cycle like this again. Any advice?

Re: Appointment made

  • I would still keep the appt., especially since it's so hard to get in.  I'd rather have a plan of action than trying to wait around.

  • Yes, absolutely I would keep the appointment.  They are normally so hard to get, plus, when you walk out of there with a solid plan you will feel SO much better. GOOD LUCK!
