Licensed "In-home" child daycare in Cy-Fair area?

Can anyone reccommend an "in-home" daycare in the Cy-Fair area? Somewhere within a 15 mile radius of Hwy 290 & Hwy 6? We would like someone who is licensed with the state and gets yearly inspections.
