***30-Day Shred Check In***

Hello, ladies! This is our check-in for those of us doing the 30-Day Shred. I hope your workouts are going well. :)

1) What day of The Shred are you on?

2.) What Level are you on? 

3.) How much weight do you want to lose?

4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? 

5.) Any body changes you are noticing? 

6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout?

  • 1) What day of The Shred are you on? 8... but I did bootcamp with my trainer 2x this weekend instead! Counts right? :)

    2.) What Level are you on?  2

    3.) How much weight do you want to lose? probably 5-7lbs or so, but weight isn't really the thing. I want inches gone. Less to pinch, please!

    4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? Not sure, don't have a scale.

    5.) Any body changes you are noticing? flatter abs, more toned arms/quads

    6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout? nope, it's great for winter when I don't want to go outside to the gym.

    BONUS Question- What body part do you want to tone the most? probably abs!

    2.) What Level are you on? My last day on Level 1.

     

    3.) How much weight do you want to lose? 5 - 10

    4.) Total weight loss as of today (just doing The Shred)? About 3

    5.) Any body changes you are noticing? Noticing a difference in my legs and stomach.

    6.) Additional comments/thoughts/rants/raves about this workout?  I'm really doing well at sticking to this (so far..) and I'm seeing results already so I'm glad I'm doing it.

    BONUS Question- What body part do you want to tone the most? stomach
