Stocking stuffer ideas for almost 4 y.o.

DS turns 4 three weeks after Christmas.  What are some good stocking stuffer ideas?  Last year we did a harmonica, slinky, a Thomas train, and some candy.  Thanks!

    This year I am doing an ornament, socks, books, and M&Ms.

    DS is getting Play-Doh, Cars 2 cars and a candy cane. he probably won't expect any more than that at this age.

    My DD (4 in February) is getting some My Little Pony underwear, her own pink hand towel for our downstairs bathroom, some cherry gummies, some chocolate, bath treads, some snacks, a MLP DVD I got for free with MLP purchase, a princess electric toothbrush, and some new decorate your own toothpaste.  I try to give her stuff she needs and a few "fun" things, too.

    I'm a big fan of practical things that I'm not going to end up tossing in a couple months so ideas include:

    *  socks

    *  band-aids -- I do character themed for the stockings

    *  booboo buddy -- the kind you freeze.  Walgreens has some with tiny beads so it can conform to the spot like a frozen bag of peas.

    *  toothbrush -- I try to get a different kind.  The crayola light up one was a big hit last year.

    *  clementines -- always a favorite with my crew and usually the first things eaten

    *  apple

    *  candy

    *  matchbox cars

    *  hair brush/accessories for DD

    I went with a craft theme. Scissors, construction paper, crayons, coloring book. I also am putting in a thomas train. He is not big on chocolate and I prefer him not to eat candy (not being a mean mommy just all he thinks about is candy  and the only gift he asked for for Christmas was a Gum Ball Machine and that will be filled with Jelly Beans) so not many treats.

    DD1 will get a small M&M figure filled with candy, an orange in the toe, a new toothbrush, some bubblegum, and probably some stickers, hair do-dads, and a wind-up toy.

    DS1 is 4y8m, and he'll be getting little things that fit in the stocking - yearly ornament, christmas socks, Cars magnets, book, and punching bag, chocolate santa and candy canes.  It actually sounds like a lot as I list it out, so we'll see what actually fits.
