But there is so much information out there it gets overwhelming.
DH and I are TTC #1 and there is so much talk about Cloth Diapering that I am just trying to figure out if it is something we might be interested in doing when/if the time comes. Is there a good place to look for information and pro/cons to using cloth diapers? Personal reasons you all use them, etc? Thank you all in advance.

My computer won't work to make a link, but the entire site from jackbenatural.com has a ton of information, including videos. Check out the cost analysis too! GL
I am due this month, so I don't have any 'hands on' experience yet. Just know that it is totally overwhelming at first. My recommendation is to research, research, research. A couple websites that helped me are:

This girl's blog is funny and helped:

If you want to PM me with any questions, I can TRY to answer them, or if you are curious what I decided to purchase... HTH and Good luck!
Ditto the board FAQ.
I use them because I like saving money and I don't like making tons of garbage. It's been great so far. I like to call myself an evangelical cloth diaperer - I lent out my newborn stash to convert another mom, and I'm lending it to one of her friends before I get it back. I just like the idea of letting a family try it out (and save some cash). I really think once someone has tried it they are much more likely to stick with cloth than go to sposies - and I've tried sposies and couldn't wait to get back into cloth.

diaperjunction.com is also a good website to help answer questions. It also has a diaper trial thing you can do to figure out what diapers you like and what works with your LO. I love cloth diapering for a number of reasons. A few being: cost effective, very little trash out-put and great on LO's skin. I LOVE CDing!
