Favorite Undies????

I know that this may be a bit personal but what underwear are you loving right now?  I usually buy mine from VS but they are just not as comfortable now that I am getting bigger.  Any suggestions??

Re: Favorite Undies????

  • I bought a size up of VS angels underwear because they are so soft, but I also was at Target one day doing errands and saw that Hanes makes girl boxer shorts.  They are more like boxer briefs when wearing them, but I am IN LOVE with them.  I can't wear them under leggings or skinny jeans, but otherwise they are so comfy.

  • I have all different kinds and honestly I am yet to find my fav. But today I went to VS and they were having a sale on pink undies 5 / $26 so that made me happy!

  • I use to wear thongs but broke down and bought a bunch of "pregnancy" undies from the gap when I started to leak a lot... Ya know. I had to be able to use pantie liners. I am inlove with them! They are soft and light and fit under my belly great!

  • I had to breakdown and buy maternity undies too. Mine were getting to uncomfortable under my bellybutton. I bought some from Motherhood, they come 3 to a pack and I love them. Good luck! :)

  • These definitely aren't my fav, but I got some granny panties from Target for now.....not cute by any means, but they are comfortable.

  • I've been able to stick with my favorites so far, from Target, but ended up going up a size. They're really reasonably priced, I believe $5/pair, but if you hit a sale you can get 5 for $20. They're made my Gillian & O'Malley (I believe) and are really soft and really comfortable. They make a lot of colors/sizes that don't have lace on them (which I have had a problem with because it caused chafing).

  • All I wear now is my Gap maternity cotton bikinis.
  • I have some Old Navy maternity regular underwear and thongs that are very comfortable.  I also LOVE American Eagle (aerie) boybrief underwear.  They have them 7 for $25.50 right now.  Great deal!

  • thanks gals for the great suggestions!!!  I will be hitting up some stores tomorrow to get some new, comfy undies:)  Comfort over sexy at this point!  Oh, who am I kidding......comfort always over sexy;)

  • I normally buy VS as well, but since the pregnancy, I've needed to go up two sizes (so far), so I've been buying the Wal-Mart brand (No Boundaries). I found that I really like the bikini style, just two sizes bigger (since they shrink). They are the most comfortable so far, and they don't show lines if you get the bikini style. However, my all-time pregnancy favorites are still VS. They're the bikini ones that have the ruching in the back. I feel like that is SO much more comfortable than any others right now.

  • granny panties all the way here.  i could care less what it looks like, i want to be comfy.  when i'm going to have sex i'm not wearing panties, so i never got the whole sexy panty thing anyway.  but i'm very very low-maintenance kind of girl...just ask PK...LOL.

Cheers to that! Those Hanes boxer shorts are exactly what I decided to try out and I'm glad I did!

  • i have been able to wear my hanky panky undies the whole time.  They are amazingly comfortable and they don't show any lines on my pants.  you won't regret buying them, but they are a little pricey

  • I work for VS and have a sickening amount of panties in all different styles. I used to stick mostly to bikinis and 'cheeky' styles but have been more comfortable in thongs lately for some reason (probably because my a$s is getting so huge). I've gone up a size and that seems to help in any style. I miss being able to wear whatever I pull out of my drawer. I can't wait to get back into shape and wear all my panties again.
  • I haven't tried maternity undies, but I've been wearing bikini cut underpants that come right under my belly. Cotton only.

  • I went to pink and got them on sale when they had them at 7 for $25 (I think?) and got the new ones that are like hipsters but have the lace on the back which helps when I am wearing a dress or something where I don't want the lines to show, they are low so it doesn't bother me with the belly

and yes, I bought them all a size or two bigger, I am telling you it's the underwear shrinking not my ass getting bigger...LOL

  • I went a size up on VS undies, but I can't wear the thong types anymore.  I just go with the regular cotton bikini briefs now.

  • I just had to go a size up in my Fleur't undies. They are the absolute most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. Love 'em to death.

  • I work for VS as well and have only been wearing there low cut cotton lace thongs.  I havent had to buy any new ones since the lace has been "growing" with me.  lol  So comfy cuz they sit right under my bump :)

  • I am only comfortable in a low rise thong. All cotton, nothing fancy from target. I do sleep in good ole granny panties (AKA gym underwear).
  • Sized up in VS and bought hiphuggers. I love the type that they just had the "free" offer for. (It is supposed to be seamless, and has a small band with VS and a heart on it)

  • I've always been a "buy a pack of Hanes or Fruit of the Loom from Walmart" kind of underwear girl. So I just went up a size in my normal bikinis and it seems to be working for me.

  • Love love love The Lacie thong from VS. I wore these all the time pre-pregnancy and have continued with no problem. They're one size fits all so there are no sizing issues as I'm getting bigger. Plus they're low rise so they are super comfy as well.

Yep yep - right there with you. Hanes or Fruit of the Loom type variety.

Wear 'em low and loose - I just try to not let DH actually see me in them. Not cute!

Alex has arrived! 9 pounds, 21 inches - 3 weeks early on March 2nd ~went natural - very intense. whew!~
