Daddy felt baby today

We were laying in bed this morning and talking.  Hubby started joking around about saving money by re-using diapers or letting the baby pee 3 or 4 times before changing him. Baby then promptly kicked me in my belly!!  I said to my hubby "hey! he didnt like that comment, he just kicked me" so my hubby put his hand on my belly and the baby kicked again right where his hand was!  Hubby jumped back and smiled this huge smile. He exclaimed- "I felt that!" I couldn't believe he felt it because today was really only the 2nd time that I knew I felt the baby kicking but I didn't say that he kicked when hubby felt it.  He yelled it out before I could.  :-)  So cute.

    How exciting!  We're trying to get DH to feel baby - when we watch TV or are in bed for the night, he'll just rest his hand on my belly and wait.

    awesome! My DH felt baby for the first time this morning too. He kind of rolled over and sighed when I asked him to try for the umpeenth time but 2 seconds later he said - whoa! I felt that! LOL. So cool. I'm thrilled my family will be able to feel LO when we go home for Christmas :)
