My DR gave me the perfect example!

I know we all have been contemplating on  whether or not we have been feeling the baby move.  Yesterday my dr asked me if I had felt movement yet and I told him that I thought so but not sure .  He told me the perfect example of what you feel in the early weeks of movement is like a fish you bought from the pet store in a plastic bag hitting the side!  And honestly that is exactly how it has felt the last week and a half ;) just thought I would share the wisdom

    Oh forgot to add he said about 22 weeks obviously case by case is when DH should be able to feel the baby from the outside!

    I still haven't felt anything :( With my first I felt my first flutter at 16 weeks but then nothing again until around 20 so I am hoping that I start feeling something soon!

    Thought I felt my LO move about a week ago, but have felt nothing since.  Thinking I was wrong.  Even though that is exactly what it felt like.  Thought I would have an occ movement, but nothing.  I know they say it happens when you're quiet.  I'm going pretty much from the time I get up til I go to bed, so maybe just not feeling it during the night??..  Wishful thinking on my part I think.

    Mine felt like popping bubbles at first.  I can see the goldfish analogy too!  Now that I've gotten more used to the feeling, it feels like someone is just poking me from the inside out.  :)
