Graco Nautilus 3 in 1

I asked the question about high-back booster seats earlier this week and several people responded that they have the Graco Nautilus 3 in 1.  That was my first choice, but the reviews on the newest one are positive except for how difficult the buttons on the buckle are to press.  Does anyone have a new (2011) Graco Nautilus and having this problem?  TIA!

    We have a new one and an older one. I definitely prefer the buckle on the old one, but the new one isn't that difficult. It's a great seat and I wouldn't let that deter me from buying it.

    If the new one is more of a push in than a squeeze down button I know what you're talking about.  I thought the new button was only on certain prints, but could be way off on that.  I've dealt with both types- DD has the old one and her BFF has the new one (her seat is pink).  DD can operate hers by herself (a good thing at 3.5- wasn't a good thing at 2.5), but her BFF can't.  It was annoying having to buckle her in and out after having DD take care of her own for so long!  It really is a great seat though.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again, even with the new buckle.

    yes, this is the difference on our two seats. I like that my 4.5 yr old can get himself in and out of the old seat, but he can't push the button on the new one.

    We bought ours in early 2011, but I'm not positive which we have.  As I'm writing this, I'm second guessing how the button works, but either he can't undo it or he doesn't, which I prefer for safety reasons.  He can do everything but fully tighten or undo the bottom button.  I am definitely very happy with the seat and recommend it.

    We have both and I don't think I've noticed a difference.

    yeah, the buckles are a ***, but my DS figured out how to unlatch his other carseat. With these buckles being so hard, I know DS won't be able to unlatch it.
