NBR and silly: Help settle a debate

I'd do a clicky, but I'm on my phone. Which is nicer, as in quality of goods: Kohl's or Steinmart?

    i don't usualy shop at steinmart, but i think it's generally more expensive than kohls, but not sure if that makes it nicer. i guess it depends on the item, but i'm more inclined to lean towards steinmart.

    Steinmart. They carry a lot more name brand stuff a la TJMaxx.  Kohls is really hit or miss on quality v price, and most of their teen clothing is just garbage for quality, which can sneak into other lines.

    I think its considered "classier" to shop at Steinmart.  I sort of equate it with Last Call and maybe same level but not as hip as Nord's Rack.  Maybe a step down from a dept. store but above Kohl's, TJ Maxx, etc.

    I was going to say Mervyns!  I used to love going there with my mom.  We went to the one in Barton Oaks.  I thought it was lame when they started calling it Mervyn's California.

    Definitely Steinmart.  I can't make myself walk into a Kohl's anymore - sorry!  I feel like even Mervyn's was maybe better.
