Cysts and TTC

OK ladies, talk to me about Cysts and if they affect TTC. The past few times my DH and I had sex, i had to stop him becuase it hurt. My boobs have been extra sore, and I remember these symptoms from the last time I had a cyst, and that was in July/August. We werent actively trying then, but now we are. When I had the cyst last time, I was not charting, and my doctor made the comment during the ultrasound that I had ovualted, causing the cyst. I have not ovulated yet, or FF has not caught it with a thermal shift, but I really think I have another cyst.

Have any of you ever had experiece with Cysts and charting? Im not sure what to do here. I have an appointment on the 7th with my RE, should I wait till then to talk to her about it?

    I don't have any experience with pcos but the symptoms you are describing sound exactly like my ovulation symptoms. Hopefully that's it!

    Have you talked to your RE or OB about them?  I had one rupture in June/July and it was awful!  And then I was about to do an IUI round in October, but during my CD 1 ultrasound they found another really large cyst.  I have been on BC since then.  I finally go back on Monday to see if its gone.  I actually haven't been charting at all so I am not sure how it affects the chart.  If you start using Clomid or anything else, be sure to mention this to your doc.  You will definitely need monitoring during your cycle to make sure none pop up.  Good luck! 
    Sept 2009: off BCP, started charting
    Nov - March 2010: no period
    April - November 2010: Prometrium then clomid - BFN
    April 2011 - Finally moved and settled in new city
    June 30, 2011 - Ruptured Ovarian Cyst
    August 2011 - Met with RE - Bloodwork, etc = Dx PCOS, 1700mg of Metformin
    September 2011 - HSG/SIS - shows tissue in ute = Hysteroscopy
    September 2011 - Clomid + trigger + IUI #1 - cycle cancelled at baseline US - cyst on left ovary = 8 weeks of BCP
    December 2011 - IUI#1 Re-do- Clomid + 12/19 Trigger + 12/21 = BFN
    January 2012 - IUI#2- Clomid + Estrace CD13 + trigger + 1/22 = BFN February 2012 - IUI#3 - Clomid + Estrace - Failed to respond to Clomid found on CD 13 monitoring.
    Feb - Being of RE break-up!
    March - Being of crunchy phase aka Accupuncture
    June - Random Positive HPT!!
    Due February 17!
