ugh when does it get better??

No ppd with dd.  but this time around i started antidepressants when my son was about 3 months old.  He has been a difficult baby to say the least.  It was an unplanned pregnancy following my second miscarriage.  I feel much better than I did months ago but still not myself.  Just wondering how long it has taken others to feel like themselves again

    Its different for everybody. With DD it went from PPD to just being treated for anxiety and depression. Not sure when the transition occured... if it ever did.

    A lady I know locally had PPD baaaad, but by the time her DS hit about 1 and a half, she was able to wean off meds totally.

    I started treatment around 6 weeks.  Around 5 months I remember thinking 'huh, I feel normal again'  not all the time, mind you, but pretty close.

    I'll cross my fingers that your normal comes soon.

    I have been suffering for 6 months now.... hope it goes away soon.. I feel like I'm missing out on all the fun and lovable things DS is doing now... I feel like crap
