Bleeding/Spotting 7wks pp?

For the past 2 days now, I have been spotting on and off (not enough to warrant a panty liner but just when using the bathroom).

Is this "normal"? I thought bleeding would be done by 6 weeks. Prior to 2 days ago, I hadn't bled/spotted since about 4 wks, give or take, pp. 

I'm thinking this is not a period maybe just some random spotting? FWIW, I have been exercising again but have been gradually easing back into it. The only other thing I've had to do more of is lift my toddlers lately...

    I think you are probably okay if it's just spotting.  I was bleeding and spotting off and on for about 9-10 weeks after  my c-section and my doc wasn't too concerned- she said some people just spot longer than the usual.  I would see the doctor if it becomes heavy though.
