I got pregnant my second round with multiples on 100mg but lost one of them. You must make sure that your doctor monitors you regularly as it can lead to overstimulation of your ovaries. Some people report minor side effects but I would always take my dosage right before bed so it wouldn't interfere with my day, in case I experienced any symptoms.
