NBR: location for holiday work lunch

Help me pick a spot to take my crew to lunch for Christmas. I want something central or downtown, and my budget is $20ish per person. In the past we've gone to Ranch 616 & Z'Tejas. For some reason I can't think of anything - what are some of the new, yummy spots? Or tried and true spots are good too.

One of my favorite new restaurants is Second Bar Kitchen. Everything I've had there is spectacular. I also love La Condesa. I have yet to go to Lamberts, but I hear it's pretty delicious as well!
