The group of OBGYN's I see are amazing and I wanted to pass along this great information packet for those of you who have questions about medications, foods, exercises and so forth...go to this website provided by my doctors.

www.obsrus.com, then click on forms, then click on OB Education Handout. It is a 4 page information sheet. I hope it helps some of you.
