I won the fight with DH!!

Earlier I posted about being upset about DHs money put of a truck... Well I WON!!! We just left the car dealership and traded his truck for a brand new fully loaded Volkswagen Passat. No more money pit! No more working on the truck, no more repair costs and we will be saving $300+ a month between gas and insurance AFTER we pay the little bit of a payment to make up the difference between the truck trade and the remainder of the car cost! I'm so relieved!!!

    I hear you on that one. We donated my old car and got a VW Jetta. I love having a VW, and they have great safety ratings. Congrats on your new purchase!

    That's awesome! I won our car battle back in April. He wanted a new Mustang 5.0 (I'm not going to lie, I would have liked it too!), but I suggested the more modest Fusion, but made sure it would appease him too with a V6. The Fusion's out in the garage. Smile
