I'm sure this is a dumb question - but parents/grandparents are looking to get DS clothes. He's just starting 12 month clothes now and has plenty, so I'd like to suggest they buy 18 months for spring/early summer. Since there aren't many spring/summer clothes out now, do you think they could buy 24 months for next winter? Is size 24 months different than 2T??
TIA!
Re: Is size 24 months the same as 2T?
I agree. I think 24 months would be a pretty safe bet for next winter.
We get a lot of Carters clothes and the 24 months ones are definitely shorter than 2T. My DD #2 is not long by any means (she's very short for her age) but she is lean - so she is in 2T right now instead of 24 months (and it almost 3 years old - such a petit fleur!)
Honestly, I wouldn't buy a year ahead, you really don't know what size he'll be and I would especially not buy at full price, all winter stuff will be on sale in early January.
