So if all goes well, I will be starting stims tomorrow for an ER/ET before Christmas (!!!)
Of course, January is my most stressful month at work, so I am concerned about the embies not sticking because I'm going berzerk. I'll definitely keep doing acupuncture as I know that help, but does anyone have thoughts on stress effecting IVF success?

I think the general concensus is that stress isn't good your health in general but it's not a cause of something happening or not happening fertility wise (unless you're talking about a MAJOR stress such as the death of a loved one, etc.)
Here's a link to a study that was done earlier this year in GB on this topic.
Me: 32 - Stage II Endo / DH: 36 - Low count and morphology (1%)
IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN

This is my story too. Well, minus the yoga. I'm not that good. But, it didn't help at all. I think being healthy is what really matters. And, stress is not good for anyone. In all honestly, being busy at work might help take your mind off the IVF stress.
