Tell me about EPO

Well I've made it to my due date with no signs of anything coming soon.  Only dilated to 1 with no change in 2 weeks, haven't lost mucous plug, no change in BH.  I've read several of you ladies mention evening primrose oil and want to hear more...is it too late to start?  How much do you take, etc.  TIA

    I've been taking it vaginally and orally since about 36 weeks.  Check out my ticker to see if it was successful...Crying

    EPO vaginally can be used as a cervical ripener, meaning it may help you efface (not dilate). I used it a handful of times between 39-41 weeks. I don't believe it can really hurt, although it is a little messy, so wear a pad and do it before bed if you want to try it.
