We went 3 years ago w/DH (darling boyfriend at the time...we got engaged March 09) and DD and had the most wonderful time. I love NYC all decorated for the holidays. It is so beautiful....I just love the city.

I *almost* had DH conned into going... but he had a chaos bomb go off at work today, but maybe next year! One benefit to living in the 'burbs of NYC!

MY DH is from NY so we try to go once a year. Last year was the first time we went for the Holidays and we ended up going on Thanksgiving day which was also his birthday and stayed through the first week of December...we got to see the tree lighting, the city...all of it...I LOVE NY especially during the Holidays! Wish I was going this year, but we just went in August for my BIL's wedding.

We were there last year over the Holidays, first visit to NYC, and had an amazing time! Wasn't nearly as cold as I was expecting but would love to go back in the late spring.
