Adding a Pumping Session

I had to add a pumping session while at work (went from three 15 min. to four 20 min.) to increase my supply to keep up with what DD is eating at daycare. Once my supply catches up, do I have to keep going with that extra session or can I drop back down to three sessions? TIA!

    If you drop back to 3, you won't see a dip right away, but as your body gets used to only needing 3 sessions again, your supply will be affected.  I pump 4x at work and I'm scared to drop to 3.  :-)  Can you pump while driving?  If I miss my 1pm session, I pump on my drive home at 2:30.  I still feed LO at 3:30 when I get her from daycare, too.
