A/S scan tonight and Quad results?

we had our a/s scan tonight and were so happy to see Mckayla again. Is was so cool to watch her move around over an extended period of time. Everything looked good, they didn't mention anything that they were worried about afterwards. YAY!

We also finally got our results from the quad screen. DS and Tri numbers were good (both 1:20,000). NTD was 1:530 when our age group usually is 1:1000. I'm a bit worried since its double the chance of having a baby with NTD and was wondering if this is something that they would have been looking for signs of in the a/s?
