Fiber Gummies

Does anyone take these? Have you talked to you doctor about them?? Constipation is an issue I have with my pregnancy and had it with my last one too. I take 3 stool softeners everynight and it doesn't help all that much. I thought I would try some fiber gummies, never thought about asking the doctor and I just had an appt this morning. Was at Costco this afternoon and saw some and bought them. Are they safe to take? Thanks

I actually brought them w/ when my doc was confirming my pregnancy and she said YES, they are fine to take. Pear juice is also supposed to be a big help- more fiber than prune juice. I probably wouldn't do twice a day as the max says, but personally I take one every few days.

I've been taking a fiber supplement for the past few days since I found out that it was perfectly safe to do so. Boy do they help! They aren't the gummies, but my prenatals are the gummies (I can only take so much of that "gummy" taste in one day, hehe). Once my m/s and gag reflex calms down I'd like to switch to pear juice but for right now, I don't think I can handle it. My diet is super bland these days!
