In-home daycare gifts

in D.C. Area Babies
We use an in-home provider for daycare and there are 4 teachers...the owner, the main assistant and then 2 others (1 early morning, 1 afternoon). I'm not sure what is appropriate in terms of gifts. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Gift cards all around.  Higher amount for the main person, lesser amount for the assistants.
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.

    I'm doing the same thing except I'm doing cash because I don't know what stores they like. The main DCP will get a larger gift and then I'll give all of the assistants equal amounts of money.
