Why do people think this is ok to say?

I ordered a turkey burger for lunch today (major fail btw) and as the guy was handing it to me he started going on about how I must be having twins because I'm sooooo big. This is the second time this WEEK someone has said this to me. I'm measuring right on track and haven't put on THAT much weight. Now I'm feeling even frumpier then before

    let it roll off your back.  It won't do you or them any good to snap their heads off.  But I' msure it's super annoying!!  I certainly wouldn't say that to anyone.  But then again I'm measuring small so it's always freaking me out a little bit inside when ppl comment on how small I am, as if I'm not growing enough for my lo.

    Last weekend, 2 strangers commented on how small I look for being due in Jan. I wish people didn't say anything cause now I am starting to worry even though I measured on track at my last appointment.
