    They posted this morning on SAIF that they are not honoring the price, so I would check.

    I called and was told they are not honoring the price.  I wonder why some people are being told that they will honor it.  The guy I talked to said that they are going through and canceling all of the orders with incorrect pricing.  I wonder if anyone will get it for the $49.  Oh well, it was worth a shot.

    I'm sorry I started this controversy on the PA board.  I don't know what is going on.  When I look at my account it still has it as I ordered.  I have checked my email and I haven't received a noticed yet from Target that they are cancelling.   I have seen a bunch of posts saying they are honoring the price and a bunch saying they are not.  I don't need them for a while, so I have plenty of time to sit and wait until Target makes up its mind what it wants to do.  If they decide not to honor it I'm out nothing except a great deal, if they honor it I get two terrifi car seats for a great price, either way I cannot do anything about it.

    No need to apologize spunkie.  It's nice that you posted the deal, I'm sure we could all stand to save some cash,and it's Target's mistake!  I saw it posted last night on SAIF too.  I'm with you ... I figure I'll just sit and wait to see what happens since we don't need one right now.  Let us know if you get an email from Target about it.

    no worries at all spunkie! I saw it on another board when I ordered and it's no big deal at all. I'll e ecstatic if the order really does go through and we get the deal, but if it doesn't, I won't lose any sleep over it:) I care more about it for the people who really really needed a seat and I hope they honor the prices for their sakes. I know we've been looking at them for a long time and I've been wanting to get DD a nicer/more comfy seat than she has with higher weght/height limits, but I just couldn't justify the price of a Britax when we have a perfectly safe and functional seat for her already -this just let me justify getting the more comfy seat for her:)
