  Go ahead and work on the list!  That way when you find him you can let him pick a name from the pre-approved list- I have always thought about baby names- with or without a guy!

  Step away from the baby names....

  But I totally get this. I constantly find myself thinking ahead of myself about where I will put the crib, what clothes I'll need to wear to hide my pregnancy, how we will tell people, and I'm thinking of boy names. We have girl names picked but that's it. And we're not even TTC!

  Sorry to hear you are having a bad morning.  I can't stop thinking of names ever.  I even watch movie credits just to look for interesting ideas.

  Baby gear would be the line...don't buy it!  It is like buying heroin...it might feel good, but you are only going to hurt yourself (umm...I don't do drugs BTW)- but you may buy puppies or stuffed animals and use any of the names on your list! 

  Seriously- I hope that your day turns out to be awesome.

  That isn't so bad.  I think I bought my first baby name book when I was in middle school.  I have always loved looking through them.  You'll get your good man, and your baby, the name will be all ready for you!!!
