I dont know if this will help, but we also had non stop crying (particularly in the evening) and my pedi was certain it was colic. Turned out the little guy was just overly tired and needed yet another nap. Once I put him on a nap schedule, the evening meltdowns pretty much stopped. So much for colic...

Thanks... definitely worth a try!
Best friends and sisters... 24 months and 16 months
We've had colic and reflux. The colic left at about 3m, but the reflux remains. He's actually a pretty happy baby, but he just pukes a lot. What worked for us to help colic was Prevacid (there's a shortage on it in the U.S. now, so we've switched meds), peppermint water, gas drops, probiotics and lots and lots of rocking and holding time. There were many, many nights that he slept his first stretch of sleep on me while I slept in a chair. Getting him to nap more during the day did help that and the RnP and the swing were invaluable in that. However, they did not shut down the evening fussiness at all, but rather helped him to sleep more at night (sleep begets sleep). I also completely eliminated dairy (including hidden dairy) and other things that caused him to be fussier.
For intestinal gas, two things helped us the most - (1) "farting" him and (2) the "magic position." Farting him is easy - I hold his ankles and bring his feet up to his face, keeping his legs mostly straight. It's a pike position and puts pressure on his intestines. I hold for 5 seconds and usually do 4 reps. It almost always yields farts and helps him to release intestinal pressure. The magic position is putting him vertically down the front of me while he's laying on his left side. His head would end up between my boobs before he got to be too big to quite fit there. Then, I put his shoulder there. I'd bounce him while he sat there or pat his back. This puts his stomach, esophagus and mouth in line and helps him to release gas. He actually loved that position until about 2.5m, when he started pushing out of it. Before that, it was the only position I could get him to sleep in many nights.

Karen, I could have written that first paragraph word for word.
OP, we dealt with it in the beginning and really she just outgrew it. We did switch to alimentum formula and MAM Anti Colic bottles, but I can't say that anything we did really made a difference. DD is still on Prevacid for reflux.
