Yeast infection.. TMI

FML. This entire post will be TMI, so you have been warned.

We tried to BD two days ago and it hurt so I immediately knew something was up. Then came the other symptoms (itching, etc.). I ran to the store and got myself some Monistat that I had to use at bedtime. Holy temp spike the next morning though from the infection!

The next day I leaked Monistat something awful. Oh, and DH started having some "tingling" so after googling to learn he can use the meds too, he used the cream.

Tonight is my last night of the Monistat meds and hopefully the damn YI is completely gone.

Seriously, world? Please tell me I'm not the only one who has had this happen. Plus, now we can't BD for a few more days so says the almighty Monistat box.

    So sorry - they suck!

I used to get them quite frequently. And then I was good for about a year - but I just got one that won't go away a few weeks ago. Time to head to the doc.

I'm sorry, I hope the YI is gone and you don't have to worry about it anymore. I got one during a cycle with my RE and it was such a pain.

Ugh. It's not gone yet. At what point do I call my doctor and can he do anything or prescribe something? Ive never had one Monistat didn't cure.
