Mar '12: Homestudy interrupted by change in Uganda requirements - where do we go from here?
After searching and searching, back with Uganda but with our homestudy agency's program.
Homestudy complete July 19
USCIS I-600A submitted July 20. Biometrics appointments arrived Aug 17; fingerprinted Aug 21; 171H received Sept 25th. On the wait list Oct 1st: #18. By Jan 25th, we're #13!

Yaaaay! It only took us a month! (JK, I totally had the application for three months before DS said he was ready). I have an inkling that we're going to be slow movers.
Applied to Nighlight's Uganda program. Excited! I'm hoping they'll process our application by January, so we have the whole spring semester (my husband works with college students, so our schedule is still semester-ly) to do our home study with whoever they tell us can do it (they're in NC; we're in TX).
