Or maybe you have already. But I cannot fight the habit of waking up and immediately taking my temp. It's the skeptical-pessimistic side of me that can't stop. Sort of like my way to double check and feel reassured that we really are pregnant.

Grow baby, grow!
Re: When will you stop temping
Well, I took about 9 HPT's including another one last night! My bathroom is like a graveyard for HPTs... My husband went into the bathroom last night and saw the HPT I had taken about 10 minutes earlier... He was like, "ANOTHER ONE?"!!!
Needless to say, I relate!
I'm still temping too. I'm not charting them though - just double checking to make sure it's still elevated.
I'm hoping to stop after my first appointment, but at the absolute latest the end of the first trimester.
My BFP Chart
I stopped temping the day I got my positive. There is nothing I can do if my temp drops so why worry myself is kind of how I'm thinking. And, I'm taking prometrium which I heard can raise your temp so who knows what my temps would be without it.
On the other hand, I am still taking hpts...my husband finally told me to stop today because "now it is definitely pregnant" (as if the other faint lines weren't positive...).
I am still temping and POAS! Its the obsessive compulsive in me. I am going to the OBgyn today to confirm pregnancy and run blood tests as I had a MC and I am high risk so I took another HPT last night just to make sure I was still pregnant.....
The weird thing was that my line on the HPT was way darker than even the control line....hubby said I must be REALLY preggers this time ;-)
That happened to me last night when I took another test too!! It was about 3 times darker than the test line... I was thrilled to see that...
Congrats on your super dark hcG line!
I stopped the day after my + HPT but I'm still testing too. My first day was SOOOO light and now I only have 2 IC's left so I figure I might as well use them haha they make me feel better when I see that line. and now that it is really dark I feel a lot better than my faint barely line!
don't be embarrassed! I'm right there with you! and I was Lucy for halloween!!
Amen to that, I have on occasion told my bladder to be quiet and go back to sleep because it would mess up my temping time. You have inspired me. I will put the thermometer back in the medicine cabinet so I will be less tempted.
