Have any of you altered your exercise routine since you found out? I usually go to a really bouncy high energy aerobics class on Mondays but I am nervous going today because I don't want to rattle anything! What exercises do you find are the safest and most effective while pregnant? Thanks!

My first pregnancy my doctor told me I could continue any workouts I was already doing-this consisted of running 2-3 times per week (3-6 miles each time), biking, and doing yoga. Hot yoga was a no.
This time around I'm still doing the same stuff and hope to add in a bootcamp class.
I love working out and take classes at the gym 4-5 times a week. I know that it's totally fine to keep up with what you were doing before but I am in the same boat as you.. I'm scared I'll rattle something too! I just get nervous because it's still so early and this is my first.
Since I've found out I have only done yoga which I am happy with at the moment since stretching and relaxing at this point is good.
I'm doing the elliptical. Before I was pregnant I was doing it at a run pace, but today I took it as more of a walk. I'm worried it would cause to much of a jerking motion to do it like before.

I have been taking it much easier too! I took a really long walk with my two pups this morning. I just want to be safe until I talk to my doctor. My first appointment is next monday and I really cannot wait!
