Did you get the notes?  Any improvement in the sleep arena?  Hope all is going well.

    hey sorry i haven't had a chance to reply! Thanks for the notes! i actually ordered a copy of the book! 

    in my head i'm going to have do the crying for HOURS... i just know i couldn't handle that! but i read stories like yours and think... two or three nights wouldn't kill me... but i'm not sure i'm there yet Smile

    i'm really hoping some of the books i'm reading help. he sleeps swaddled still so i'm not sure how i feel about letting him cry when he doesn't have the means to find his paci to put back in Smile

    tonight though has been much better than the last 2ish weeks. he has woken up twice but both times i was in there for less than a minute (basically just to put his paci back in).
