I am making something called taco-pie. I have never made it before, but heard it was pretty good. I am also trying to decide if I am having wine or a beer to go with it. Leaning towards the beer...

    DH is making regular burger tacos for himself and DSS.  I'm making vegetarian tacos (refried beans, onions, grated zucchini w/ taco seasoning) for myself and DSD.  I'm not a veggie, but she is and I don't mind eating the stuff.  In fact, I really like it.  I could totally be a veggie if I ever had to be.  ;)

    We just had baked chicken parm with spaghetti squash. DH is dieting, so I'm cooking with him in mind!

    I am the worst cook EVER.  My mom had given me one of those McCormick's spice packets for tuscan chicken stew.  I forgot to saute the onion first and just put everything right in the pot to stew.  It was disgusting.
