    I also thought that but my daughter loves them!

    They have a really interesting back story and I can appreciate them a little better knowing it...

    You ever catch yourself singing the songs....I do it at work. I'm sure people think I'm nuts.

    I teach 1st grade so I always have a song in my head...

    I have their cd in my car too and a 5 minutes commute. Most of the time its still playing and I am at work, no clue that it was still on..

    We're Elmo, Thomas and Mickey. I shield him from SpongeDork SquareWeirdo as much as I can. He freaks me out and I will not have anything with him on it in my house. (crosses fingers)

    DH and I are seriously considering blocking every cartoon channel except Boomerang.  If it's not Muppets, Looney Tunes, or Hanna-Barbera, we're afraid.  Very afraid.  Want to keep it old school up in here.
