And it sucks. DD is already an awful napper. But I felt blessed she slept well at night (going down drowsey but awake, only waking once to eat). But Sunday morning she woke at 430 am and ate and was up until I was finally able to rock her to sleep at 10 when she was so exhausted she slept in my arms until 1 pm. This morning she woke at 230, early for her, ate, and dozed until 5 and has been up since, it's now almost 830. I just fed her in hopes that she'll takeanap and hopefully not on me like yesterday. Normally if she gets restless in the wee hours I can pull her to our bed and the second her head hits the mattress she's out...no such luck yesterday or this morning. Man I hope this doesn't last too long. She was an absolute pill yesterday because of her messed up sleep.

It's a huge developmental stage that they all have to go through. Be happy, this is a milestone just like rolling over and first words. I know it's stressful, but you guys will come out the other side like champs!!
One way to look at it is she likes you so much that she doesn't want to miss out on time with you!!
