Britax Roundabout 50 users?

Can anyone help me with this? This is online at target.com for $95 (pink and brown). today only. Thinking of having my mom order it as Natalie's christmas present.

I feel like i've heard people mention that their kids outgrew this seat in height very quickly, for RFing. Eve is still RFing right now.. we've decided to turn her FF at her 3rd birthday in 3 months.. so this is pretty important to us.. I don't want to get Nat this seat and have her outgrow it in a year. THe specs don't give a specific RF height limit.. only for FF..

Would you buy this seat? have you used it? does your child fit in it well? I think its on the smaller side right?

That's the exact one we have for Ava. I'm pretty sure it's smaller than the boulevard or marathon. She is 34 in, 25ish lbs and is still rear facing with no issues. We still have another slot for the straps to go higher, so I don't think she's going to outgrow it anytime soon.

According to the Britax website, the 49 in max is for both rear and forward facing.

We have this, and E has been super comfy in it (rode to NC, no problem), but we switched him at about 20 months because his feet were getting squished (he is short). We also switched him because we were putting the babies carseat in, and with him behind the driver, the seat would have been too close to the steering wheel for the carseat to fit RF. He is also SO much happier FF, but I know that you feel strongly about the safety issues. I planned on getting the same one for A.
