  It sounds like RLP they can usually be quick and intense and they do tend to be more one sided, though they often trade sides depending on the day or week but can be on both.... Try laying on the side that hurts, bc that nuscle is stretching so if you lay on it it won't stretch as far.....Or so says my OB.....I don't think I believe him though, it still tends to pain me....

  I've been having lots of strange pains that are all one sided.  I do get stabbing/burning pain around my right ovary because I have some cysts on it, you could have that, but it could also just be stretching.  I've noticed that my hips feel like they are widening out a lot lately and it creates very sharp/stabbing pain on one side that comes and goes.  I'm sure what you have is something normal like this...hard to know exactly, but hopefully it won't last too long!  I just try to do some stretching when the pain comes on...it helps some.
