Cramping & nervous

I've been cramping on and off and it's really worrisome to me.  I had a lot of cramping with my last pregnancy too, in which they informed me was normal.  Unfortunately,I miscarried so I can't picture that as normal.  I relate the cramps to the feeling of having done too many crunches.  Any of you experiening/experienced this?  No blood, but some brown spotting on one occasion a few days ago.  Trying to stay positive, but I'm so scared :/

    I have had cramping off and on so far. From what I understand, this is pretty normal.  I actually sometimes feel like I am going to start my period at any minute.  Hang in there!!

    I know it feels scary, but cramping is normal. It's just your uterus stretching and growing to accommodate your LO. I had a couple days early on were it felt like I was doing crunches all day.

    I have had cramping in early pregnancy with all four of mine. It is normal as long as it isn't severe and no blood. I know how scary it is in the beginning (((HUGS)))

    I had a TON of cramping in the first tri... I think at least till 10-ish weeks. It was really uncomfortable and made me so nervous. I went to the bathroom all the time to check for blood. My doc just told me that it was normal. I did have some brown spotting around 6wks, turns out I had borderline progesterone levels (mine was 14, they like anything above 15). I took progesterone supplements till 12wks and never had anymore spotting.

    I totally understand the feeling of being scared and nervous and fearing the worst. My doc let me do some betas to make me feel better. I also wasnt afraid to call and check if I was ever uncomfortable about something - thats really the only way I coped. I needed a lot of reassurance from my doc and that helped.

    I might call the doc if I were you and mention the spotting, he/she might want to see you or put you on progesterone? Wishing you all the best, Im sorry you are so nervous!

    I have been experiencing some moderate cramping the past couple of days. I am around 4 weeks too. The other PGAL ladies have assured me that it's normal. I'm scared too though. Good luck to you. Wishing you a h&h 9 months :)

    Thanks ladies.  I?m going for some lab work tomorrow and Thursday for HCG & progesterone levels.  Hopefully everything is normal!  Thanks for your reassurance:)

    I am also cramping and am 4 weeks, 6 days. I ran to the bathroom today to check for blood, I thought for sure AF was coming. I would give your doctor a call or let them know on Thursday about the brown spotting but I am sure it is nothing to worry about.
