Glider Rockers

Anyone have any tips on where to find good quality glider rockers in Houston?

    We got ours at USA Baby.  They have most of the same ones at Baby's First Furniture.  

    Be ready for sticker shock, they are not cheap.

     

    Babies R Us has some and Target as well.  It all depends on how critical you are on quality.  I'd probably have been happy with some of the ones there but my DH was not. 

     

    For a wooden glider, we found most of the ones at BRU to be narrower/generally smaller than the ones at Baby's First/USA Baby.  This was a big deal to us since DH is tall.

    We got our Little Castle glider at Baby's 1st. They had a sale in late January 2010 and I think they offered 25-30%.

    Ditto, except we got it before Jan 2010 but they were having a sale.  We also have a cheaper one upstairs from BRU (Shermag).  The quality of it is nowhere near as good as the Little Castle one.
