exhausted!

Here i am thinking oh this isn't so bad I hafnt been THAT tired lately...until I came back to work after my 4 day weekend. Now I can barely function at work and to top it off wearing my contacts is making my vision slightly blurry.

Re: exhausted!

  • I feel ya!  I was sick last night and didn't get to sleep until 3 hours later than usual.  I've thrown up twice this morning which takes a lot out of me.  I want to go home!

  • me tooooooo! I had a 5 day break for Thanksgiving, and today is killing me. I am seriously considering locking my classroom door and taking a quick nap while my kids are at lunch.

  • My worst symptom, exhaustion!! I slept in everyday of my 4 day break. Oh how I miss the weekend.

  • ugh I just hit my afternoon crash.  It usually only lasts an hour but I'm dying here...I totally need a naptime at my office!
  • I've realized too that I am the most fatigued on days I work. Usually I'm ready for a nap by just after lunch. And then by mid to late afternoon, I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.

But on the weekends (and the last few days at home), I barely feel the fatigue, unless it's late in the evening.

In fact, I realized this morning that most of the time I've felt a little off/nauseous it's been at work (or while going to/from work)!

I feel exactly the same. Feeling great on weekends, exhausted and a bit nauseous in the afternoon at work.
