But here it goes. I have been having a little bit of bleeding this morning, bright red blood (and I do mean a little bit - like small spots and streaking when I wipe). I am not cramping at all. At first when I saw it this morning after I showered I thought maybe I just cut myself shaving really close (yes I am still trying to maintain things down there, but it is getting pretty hard with my belly and ginormous boobs in the way lol). So for the past 5 hrs or so I have just been watching it, but every time I go to the bathroom and wipe there are still small streaks of bright red blood - and I would think if it was just a cut it would have stopped bleeding by now. I feel like an idiot that I honestly can't tell where its coming from - as far as outside like on my labia or from inside. DH and I also had sex last night and I am wondering if that may have caused it. I am a nurse for crying out loud. Please don't flame me, I just feel like its different when its your own body and baby and all logic sometimes goes out the window. I called the Dr office and I am going in at 1pm to see the doctor just to be safe, but I still feel silly. I know better safe than sorry, right?

Re: I feel silly.. (TMI)
Me (33). DH (37). DD (2.2012). MCs x4. After 4 years & 7 months, due 4.2018!
I had 2 spotting issues and one big bleeding issue. And a couple times a little bit for about an hour after sex. No longer allowed to have sex. No longer have any bleeding. No sex is annoying but no longer bleeding is worth it. So if you are like me, you may just have a sensitive cervix. Which isn't a huge deal just have to be careful. No sex, no lifting, all that fun stuff.
Not silly. If you had cut yourself shaving I too would think it would be done now. I bet it is just connected to the sex.

I am pretty certain it is vaginal blood and not from the back.
Then I'd give your Doc a call and see what they think. Oftentimes, they'll tell you that unless you're filling a pad in an hour, it's probably nothing to be concerned about. But, if I were you, I'd call just to make sure.
Good luck!
