How do you differentiate between a concussion and a migraine? I get migraines ALL.THE.TIME. I am on meds for them but this one is terrible. Last night I was looking for an ornament hook on the ground and DH turned around and kneed my temple. It was so hard that I felt my neck do something weird. Since last night I have had a migraine, with nausea and all the other migraine symptoms. So would you go to the doctor or wait and see if it goes away?

Yes, go to the doctor pronto. Just to be safe. At least call the nurse and tell her everything.

I would call both my neurologist and chiropractor. Whoever prescribes your rx should be most familiar with your issues.

It could have knocked things out of alignment and triggered a bad migraine, but I would call the doc just to see what they say. Hope you feel better soon!
