Thank you Ladies who responded to my post (which I just DD'd). I appreciate your honesty and words of wisdom.  DH and I are going through a tough time right now, due to myriad stressors, including 2IF.  I can see the light at the end of the tunnel though... we just seem to be walking ever so slowly. 

Thanks again for allowing me to share.

    I read it last night on my phone. I'm sorry. DH has some ridiculous similar things.  But I have some of my own.  His include always parking in a shady spot in the summer, even if it means walking though an entire empty parking lot to get somewhere. And parking away from other cars to avoid dings.  So I feel your pain.  But I'm bad, too, like I think that as soon as one closes the front or back door, it should be locked right away, that way I know if it's closed, it's locked.  He grew up in NH and would be fine leaving the house unlocked every day and night. Yes, DH, we have a dog. But he's 11 and we have to wake him up when we get home!
