Gift Ideas for the Hubbs... NBR

So with holidays coming up.. I was curious if anyone had any good suggestions for gift ideas... Im soo stumped this year... I've gotten him everything from cologne to guns, to tvs, to satellite radios.. I just dont know this year.. anyon ehave any good suggestions? What are you guys getting your hubbs for the holidays?

My DH is a bit of a crunchy granola guy, so I'm getting him a meditation chair for when we move into our new bedroom.... For some reason I don't think that would fly with your DH!

What about a tablet (depending on what you want to spend)? I wanted to get DH one but he really wants the damn car parts.

Our big present for each other is our trip to NY. I think I'm going to get him a new Yankees ball cap, since he dropped his in a deep fryer. And also a book about pairing wine with dinner.

I failed miserably on his bday so I have to make up for it with Christmas. I'm going to look into an EZ (?) Pass (for tolls on the road) and also a stereo for his car (that he can plug his iphone into)

I got my husband a nice set of pots and pans. The ones we have are almost 8 years old and the non-stick coating sucks now. DH loves to cook, and it's a Christmas present that benefits me too!

We don't exchange gifts. We share finances and DH tracks them so closely that surprises would be basically non-existent. We made the decision a couple years ago that instead of exchanging gifts with each other, we would decide on a larger purchase to make together. The year we got married, it was our honeymoon. Last year, we bought a new laptop. I can't remember what other stuff has been.

LOL Definitely not my DH... mine rarely even sits still... He has a racecar, swamp buggy, mud truck, four wheelers, hunts, fishes, no sports really but I am getting him a new Rangers Jersey (hockey) but that is a small ticket item... I just feel so stumped and he isnt helping AT ALL... all he ever says is... I really don't need anything... LAME... you know you are going to get something.. why not just tell me what you want>??

I have absolutely no idea what to get my DH either. I have a strong feeling that he is getting me an Ipad, which would be awesome. The problem is that it cost way more than he would be comfortable with me spending on his christmas (he would flip out... really). The ipad is more than we would normally spend on each other, but I haven't asked for much and he tells me that I never buy stuff during the year (which is true).

Also, he tells me he really doesn't want anything, except maybe stuff for the baby. I can't get him baby stuff! A pink onesie just doesn't seem right to give him. haha.

A wine fridge. We're big wine drinkers, and it would be nice to always have whites chilled someplace other than the fridge taking up space and reds are nice slightly chilled. Then also nice slippers.

We have decided to stick to a budge this year for Christmas. DH can go overboard sometimes. So far I've gotten him two outfits from American Eagle, Battlefield 3, cologne and a UGA shirt. Plus, we spend about $25 on stocking stuffers. Most of what he is getting is what he needs (mostly clothes) and his cologne is almsot out.

We aren't doing any big gifts for each other. I got him Lacoste Sport cologne, Jack Black Lip Balm gift set from Sephora, an iTunes gift card, a Starbucks travel mug, and a beanie.

I've got mine a digital SLR camera. He used to be into cameras but hasn't done much in recent years and I figure that having a baby means it's time to step up from a point a shoot thingy.

Mine is Mr Active too - so idea #2 was a golf net so he can practice his swing more at home (a nice way to encourage/help him to stay home more with the baby!)

My DH would love this! (so would I for that matter) I have no idea where we'd put it, but I'm sure we'd figure it out! Where are you getting his?

My parents are getting DH a really nice fishing rod holder. Right now he has all this expensive equipment rested up against a wall. If he has a boat does he need a good fish finder or something? If no boat, maybe a charter day out?

If he likes racing, what about tickets to NASCAR? Daytona has the 500 in Feb (kind close to your due date, not sure if you would want to go) or in July they have a race as well. We went last year in July and it was SO FUN!

We don't exchange gifts, but I suggested to his mom to get him supplies to start microbrewing beer. He mentioned he would be interested in getting into that stuff earlier this year, so hoping it can turn into a good hobby for him. He is THE hardest person to buy for. No real hobbies, and if he wants something he will just buy it.

Staying completely out of baby-related gifts because I know he is feeling a little left out, if you will. I got him a new pair of running sneakers he's been complaining about. And a pair of sunglasses from Oakley. He's had his for years and it's time for a new pair. I know he really wants a playstation, but I'm still tossing around that idea as I know it's going to be a BIG time eater and when little one is here, I'm going to need that time. lol.

I'm completely horrible at getting my DH presents but he works outside most of the winter so I bought some Carharrt long johns and a flannel shirt on amazon today Sleep

. I suppose this is one step above buying underwear and socks. I got him an air purifier for his birthday. Geez, we're boring!

Oddly enough he cant stand Nascar... We drag race.. lol.. Of which I think he is planning on selling his racecar

So giving him a son isn't enough? Haha...I have no idea what to get DH. I went all out last year because it was our first christmas together, and I can't afford to do it again. Maybe some new sweaters and slacks.

We are having a new wardrobe year - 5 suits, 5 shirts, 5 ties, 5 sweaters, black and brown dress shoes, socks ms, undershirts, under ware, winter coat and fleece and winter boots, gloves and hat. I will get him some small fun stuff. Like a gift card to get 6 hair uts or so ething stupid.
