That was short-lived :(
Despite my increasing beta last week, I started bleeding and cramping over the weekend. I went in for an u/s which showed something, but repeat beta had plummeted. So it's over.
Perhaps this explains our "unexplained" infertility? My only two BFPs have both ended in early losses. It's either a problem with me, or more likely, a problem with the embryos. We're taking some time off before we move ahead. I just need some time to be hormone free and get my emotions in order before we jump back on this roller coaster.

T: I said it on your TTTC thread, too, but I am so, so sorry for your loss. It's not fair at all. Take care of yourself as you recover.
Fingers crossed that when you're ready to think about going forward again you find some answers to the question of what happened -- if answers exist. Two early m/cs could mean an issue but could also be sheer chance -- the odds of any particular pregnancy miscarrying are high enough that two m/cs in a row is not unheard of even where no diagnosable issue exists. But of course you know all of this.

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

Oh no - what an emotional roller coaster you've been on. I am really sorry that this didn't work for you. Take care of yourself and hang in there. A hormone free break is really important. It will do you well to get back to your normal self for a while, and to make decisions in a clear space.

I'm really sorry for you, lady. Take care of yourself. A break is the best thing. I hope your body gets back on track soon, so you can have time to think with a clear head.
I feel like m/c is a special kind of torture, taking away what you want so desperately. And there's really nothing anyone can say to make it better.
